I joined Myspace a few days ago, and I'd like to know to put the link here.

The link to your page is www.myspace.com/yourusername (Change yourusername to whatever your username is). For example, mine is www.myspace.com/mtmfan.

once you've done that, if you want to post the link in your signature on your posts such as I have done before, go to User CP on this page, then "edit signature" and type in the myspace url you created.

I love my space.I have come across people I haven't seen in 10 years.Old high friends. I have spent up to 3 hours on it! have fun. Be Careful.

I know! I mean, I have friends who hate it 'cause they think that it's shallow or whatever, but I mean, though I wouldn't use it to find a super-meaningful relationship, I don't see the harm in reconnecting with people that you've lost touch with over the years!

Some people are of the mindset, if they're in the past, keep them there. I disagree....I have started talking to a lot of people from high school again and I'm loving it!

How do you narrow a search when trying to find someone on Myspace? I get a gazillion hits.

try searching by email addresses

I don't always have an e:mail address, but I have the person's name and state. People I knew years ago...

if it's someone from like school that you knew, you can go to the normal search, then scroll down to "find your classmates." type in the name of your school and the state, and it'll give you any matches of the schools' names. click on the one you want, and a box at the top appears where you can search by like majors, clubs they were inolved in, or the easiest...graduation year.
