Default Balkie the muscular stud muffin
It was so weird to see Balkie in a guest starring role on this one show, don't remember what it was but he had muscles and everything and I'm so used to the character we grew up watching. Has anyone ever seen that show I'm talking about?

I think your talking about when he was on Step by Step. And there were a few episodes where he had on sleeveless shirts and he was very tone.
