Default Im still abit worried about the season 2 dvd set...

The news report said "Please treat this as a rumour" and then it went on to say "This news isnt official until we hear an announcement from the studio"

The last we heard anything was a week ago, what are they waiting for? Its been 2 years since season 1 came out, how much longer can we wait... If season 2 comes out when they say it will, i think i'll wait to see if season 3 and 4 gets released in 2008 before i buy season 1 and 2...

It's up to you if you want to wait. However, if we all don't buy each season when it is released, it will be less likely that Paramount will go forward with future seasons.

anglemark10 is right... the show was originally pulled for PHE's schedule for more than just the music rights, but poor sales. If we all don't go purchase this set on the day it's released, there'll be no more HAPPY DAYS for us .

I can tell you how happy i am about getting all three tv shows on dvd, i thin that paramount will get the music rights for both HD And L&S second complete seasons, i do not no about mor an mindy because i did not hear any music playing on there show. i think that garry marshal will make sure that all of the original music is intact for both shows because i thin that he was very disapointed that the first complete seasons did not sell that well, and knowing garry he is going to mae sure that the shows that he created will be shown as it was once shown on ABC and the good thing About these three shows coming out a the same time that it will be commerically advertise, i trust paramount/cbs studios and garry marshal because tey no that the fans want to see our long awaited three tv shows with all of the original deleted scenes. i hope that if they do change the music that it will not be whats heard on the syndicated networks because if thats the case nobody it going to buy season 2 and if there is no season 2 sells then there will not be other future series to put out, and i thin that paramount or garry marshal will put the money up to clear the music rights, they got or maybe editing all of the deleted scenes and are still waiting for the music clearence either way i think that they are going to come through i must admit season 1 would have been sold quicer if they would have commerically adverise it, we will see peace

i agree, if you want to see more HAPPY DAYS on dvd, you are going to have to buy your copies of season 2 for Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy IN THE FIRST WEEK, because thats ALL that they care about when they decide how well it did in sales.
