Default Just curious, who else likes the show better when the ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK opening

is no longer seen? I like the show better from season 3 and after to about season 7. Season 8 and after is just a waste of my eye sight but I just feel those first two season was too much like the 50's

Happy Days IMO was the best from Seasons 1-4 (Season 4 being the 1st year Al joined the Happy Days gang)

The first two seasons were too much like the '50s? Wasn't that the whole point of the series at that time?

I liked all of the seasons fairly equally, but I guess 1-4 and 11 were my favorites.

I liked all the seasons but the last few. It wasn't the same without Richie and Ralph. But Rock Around The Clock is my favorite opening song.

The Rock Around the Clock opening was so cool!! If you didn't know better, you'd swear that really was the 1950s.

The first two seasons are the best of HD. I enjoyed up until Richie left the show, but I always preferred the first two seasons. Classics.

IMHO, Ron Howard was the REAL star of Happy Days. It's no wonder the best episodes from seasons 7-11 are the last seasons, when Richie came back to visit.

The Rock around the clock opening really gave it that 50's feel. IMO

Although I liked all the seasons the show didn't hit it's stride until season 3. When Fonzie jumped over those garbage cans behind Arnolds HD's was off and running.
