"The Caper" Howard robs the bank to prove Goober is a bad deputy. He gets caught by Goober as his car fails to start as he tries to drive off. Goober arrests Howard and its up to Sam to resolve their problem.Later, he makes Goober understand why Howard did it to prove a point and Goober drops the charges.
