Some of these 80s sitcoms have played episodes where an older woman meets a younger man...

Here's one I can think from my head:

Charles In Charge....when Mrs. Powell's friend becomes interested in Charles.

Mama's Family....when Ellen dates a younger man whom she met at the Losers and Quitters Club.

Who's The Boss?...When Mona's date turns out to be a young man from college.

Anymore you can think of?

Soap....Jessica Tate sleeping with Peter Campbell. It was late 70's. That's all I have.

there was an episode of Happy Days (#148- Richie Falls in Love - 10/23/79) where Richie considers running off to Venice with an older woman.

Not a typcial older woman meets younger man....but I loved the part where all of Walter's dates con Mr. Powell showing more interested in Buddy and Charles. Dodo was hysterical, though...

How about this Diff'rent Strokes episode where Willis tries to charm his way because of an older woman he was attracted to?
