Downloading the Theme to shows

I want to download theme songs for shows in mp3 format so i can put them on my phone. For example on this link: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/f.html i can click on the yellow speaker and hear the theme to the songs, but is there anyway to download them to my computer? Or Alternatively is there a way to just play it and use sound recorder to somehow record whats being played on the computer and not putting the microphone to the speaker. If either of these two dont work, do u know anysites where i can download mp3 format theme songs for seinfeld, fresh prince of belair.

You should be able to right-click on the speaker icon and click on "Save Target As...." or "Save Link As...." if you use Firefox.
