GIANTS losing to Dallas. No one is calling in about the Jets-lol My question is WHY? I thought the jets was a NYC team too-lol

For one thing, there's been a lot more turmoil surrounding the Giants with the four game losing streak and the way they've lost the last couple of games. Giants calls are understandable. But that's the way it is with the Mets and the Yankees, listen to them during baseball season. Even if they Mets do well, the talk will be about the Yankees.

The Mets definitely are, but the Jets are talked about often. At least they were when Herm Edwards was here.

Trust me Solomon and Mriggles will back me up on this, WFAN is a frontrunner for the Mets.

1. They air their games

2. The other hosts on the station like Joe Beningo, Steve Somers, Kevin Burkhardt are all Met fans. 75% of the calls during baseball season are from Met fans.
