Her name was Rosa Hernandez and she was originally from El Salvador. At the time of the UM segment (around 1995 or 1996) she was 32 and frighteningly enough, had three small children of her own.

Just saw this Rosa Hernandez segment (S09). She was a nanny who was accused of killing one child under her care & severely abusing another.

She was arrested, then released - and then she promptly disappeared. Hopefully she didn't do the same to any other kids. I don't believe she's turned up since. I wonder if she's still in the U.S. - possibly not.

This episode was especially notable because the mother in the re-enactments was played by none other than actress Cheryl Hines. She is probably best known for playing Larry David's wife on the hilarious HBO comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm - LOL.
