Something has always puzzled me in "Forget Me Not," in which the Skipper
loses his memory. After Gilligan has told the Professor about the problem, he and the Skipper meet MaryAnn at the clothesline. When MaryAnn learns from them about the Skipper's amnesia, she decides to go tell the Professor. Gilligan frantically tries to run and stop her, saying the Professor has already been told. What's the big deal? Why is Gilligan's reaction so extreme? Do you understand this? Thanks!!

I think Gilligan was so freaked out about the Skipper losing his memory, that he was overexcited about everything!

Who really knows... after all, it is Gilligan we're talking about! Maybe... I don't know, maybe the script writers couldn't think of a good exit for Gilligan...??? That's a good question though...
But, other than that, that episode is pretty funny! |
