Default Louise and Helen was Jealous of a 18 year old Girl??????

The ep "state of mind" just made no sense at all. You have two Women who are in their 50's and is jealous of a 18 year who just moved in the building because she is young and thin? You can tell the show was running on 2 Wheels and a Half of tank of Gas by this point of the series. Very Odd

You answered your own question, she was skinny, young and pretty.

Jealousy has no age limit, you should know that.

Why do you see it that way? We are just generalizing regarding the jealousy issue. Weezie being jealous of an 18 year old has no bearing on what may make Brie jealous or anyone else.

I'm not really the Jealous type, If I feel threatened in that way then yeah I'll get Jealous. And when I said that jealousy has no age limit, I meant that everyone at all ages get jealous, just because Wheezy and Helen were in their 50's doesn't mean that they wouldn't get jealous.

So you don't think it made Helen and Louise look IMMATURE?

Being jealous has nothing to do with maturity.

In your eyes. Jealously doesn't go away with age. It can start young and be with you til you die. And when you consider that George has glanced his way at young ladies, met with an old girlfriend, looked at porn magazines, it can make a woman Weezie's age feel old and not sexy.

Actually this episode is one of Isabel sanford's best acting jobs in the last season- it is quite realistic that she would feel insecure about her age. When I first saw this my complaint was that this was a whitewashed episode- not only is the new neighbor white but so are all the old tenants who show up at the meeting- but Catherine Wilhoit (sp?) did a good job in that part. This is one episode that grew on me with time.
