Default Who did you like more: Natalie or Tootie?

I've been reading alot of the posts and it seems like most posters predominantly focus on Blair and Jo. I do think the Blair/Jo relationship is what propelled Facts throughout the seasons. Lose Jo/Blair, there is no FOL. Lose Nat/Tootie, there could have still been a Facts.

My question is this. Who did you like better, Natalie or Tootie? As for myself, I like Nat WAY better than Tootie. I think she's funnier and more personable. And I DETEST that episode about the latch-key kid where Tootie (who was I guess about FIFTEEN) was telling off the mother. That is without a doubt my least favorite FOL show because of that scene where Tootie is yelling and telling this woman she's a rotten mother. God, I hated Tootie in that episode.

So, if you had to lose one (Nat or Toots), which would it be?

I like both Natalie and Tootie, but I would say that I perfer Natalie. Still, FOL will always be about Jo and Blair for me.

I like Natalie much better. She has a lot more personality. I never really liked Tootie, actually.

I would have to say Natalie, she was the funniest out of the girls.

I still like Tootie the least. She had her moments but she was mostly annoying with her eavesdropping, snitching and being over dramatic. Natalie on the otherhand, was one of the funniest people on FOL.

I would choose Natalie over Tootie. I find it amusing to see her laugh at her own jokes. I thought Tootie was really funny too during the earlier seasons of Facts.

I would choose Natalie over Tootie...Although she had her moments on the show, I just found Tootie to be a tad bit annoying whenever she whined. Natalie on the other hand always cracks me up whenever she tells a joke and makes "that face" with a goofy grin. The two girls though did have excellent chemistry with each other.

I loved that goofy grin of Natalie's too. I loved the expresson on her face when she said, "Could that be YOUR wingding, Blair?" MC is a natural comedienne. Does anyone know what she's up to these days? And is she married, any kids?

I loved Natalie's line: "I'd rather be a happy magic marker than a skinny pencil".

As funny as Jo's sarcastic one-liners were, they would not have been nearly as funny if she was saying them to anyone but Blair. They were a PERFECT foil for one another. Has anyone scene that Nickolodeon show, "Ned's Declassified"? (If you don't have kids, you probably never saw it). The girl in it, Jennifer Mosely, is so much like Jo. And it works because the fit between her and her costars is so natural and unforced. Watch the show if you can. It's pretty good. She's smart and forthright but very tough, and yet she has a lot of insecurities as well, you really can relate to her. She's the closest thing to Jo I've ever seen. The show plays down her looks just as they did with NM, but she is a very attractive girl. She has a lot of those same type of one-liners that Jo did and she delivers with a completely straight face (much the same way as NM did). I'm almost positive they modeled her after Jo.

Even though Tootie is my least favorite of the four girls, I still like her. I think I like Tootie best during the first season and then during the last two seasons-she had matured a lot at that point in the series.

OOOOH, THERE'S GONNA BE TROUBLE! NAT HAS MY VOTE.

COURSE, ALL THE GIRLS ARE ENDEARING TO ME. BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TWO, THEN, NAT WINS, ALTHOUGH I HATE TO HAVE TO PICK BETWEEN MY GIRLS.

AND AS FOR TOOTIE BEING NOSEY, BOSSY, WHINEY, IMMATURE, ETC. I THINK THAT IS BECAUSE SHE WAS THE YOUNGEST, AND THUS THOSE QUALITIES MADE HER ANNOYING. DON'T MOST YOUNGER BROTHERS OR SISTERS? SHE ALWAYS TRIED TO FIT IN WHEN SHE WAS YOUNGER, BUT I THINK SHE DID MATURE AS SHE GOT OLDER.

IN ANY CASE, I THINK KIM DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE SCRIPTS SHE WAS GIVEN. SOME OF HER FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND THE WAY SHE DELIVERED ONE-LINERS WERE PERFECT, TOO.

"TOOTIE. I LIKE SAYING TOOTIE (THAT'S FOR YOU DAX)

I prefer Natalie. Her sarcasm and wit is more my speed. Plus I personally can relate more to Natalie. I also think Mindy is one of the most underrated comediennes out there. She has fabulous comedic timing.

Tootie has her moments though, but she is my least fave of the four main girls. But there are still plenty of great Tootie moments. I just usually appreciate her comic stuff more than her dramatic stuff.
