I would have to say Mr Burns. Although, I don't know, its kind of a toss up between him and that fat guy who works in the comic book store. I've known quite a few people who were very much like him.

his name is not jo i dont remember what it was but im sure that aint it if you have pruff i would love to hear it i might be wrong well my fav. would have to be barney he is very inthusiastic and actually the smartest guy on there remember the episode when he made his film??? so mine is barney...
