Watching her appearance this morning and she was just a WACKBALL. She was TREMBLING, STUTTERING, and Couldn' sit still and even Johnny Carson had to say-"Are you Insecure? Then she was just rambling on and on and not looking Johnny in his eyes while talking to him and then she starts crying when he told her she was a underrated actor on THree's Company. And at the end, Johnny was so annoyed by her aniexty behavior that he just interruptyed her while she was talking and said "THANKS FOR COMING"-lol Joyce was acting like she was on DRUGS. I know her Family was embrarssed-lol

Well, I know that you probably don't care. But being in plays for a certain amount of time, it's easier to be in character and in front of people than to be yourself in that certain situation. Maybe that's how she feels.

Joyce always said when she was interviewed that she hated the public eye. She loved being on the show, but otherwise she didn't like Hollywood and being seen in the public eye all the time. That probably would explain her nervousness on the Johnny Carson show.
