I Think Maynard he's cool I mean he's a real protest cat man he's very far out and cute.

I think Maynard is cutest. I love him, and he is so cool. I love his Beat character, even if he is just a stereotype of the beat writers of that time. You can tell if people don't really understand the Beat generation if they call them Beatniks because Beatnik is a cut down.

I never watch the show!

But,just by looking at the picture I say...Maynard(bob Denver) is more my type and I find him cuter!I always thought that beatniks were really cool!

They were both cute (Dwayne only with BROWN,WAVY hair though, he looked cruddy with that blond fuzz). I especially think Maynard was both very cool AND very cute!!! He had such long eyelashes and such a cute little voice! (Of course this applies to Gilligan as well . . .actually now whenever I watch Gilligan I find myself thinking "He looks like Maynard" Well DUH!!!!)

Celine, you never watched "Dobie"!!!

Awwwww, if you liked Bob as Gilligan, you will LOVE him as Maynard!!! On that show he really went all out, just pure, classic young, cute, handsome Bob Denver at his best.

I think I find Dobie to be cuter, in an all-American boy kind of way. It's cute how respectful he is to his parents (even if he does sometimes use it as a way to win a girl

) I think he looked the most handsome in the second season, when he had the lighter brown hair... (his bleached blonde hair in the first season looked so unnatural..)

I find Maynard more funny than cute, although I like how he has a way with animals... if the show had gone on longer, I wonder if he would be TV's first animal rights activist? lol
