Why do coaches have to do a PRESS CONFERENCE once they get FIRED????
Larry Coker of the Miami Hurricanes was fired this morning and he is doing a press conference right now. To me this looks so stupid to stand up there and take questions after being fired. And he has been up there talking for a while. I wonder if this is mandatory once a College or Pro Sports Coach is FIRED??

I would like to know why a coach or manager has to participate in a press conference after every single game.
After 70 or 80 games you have to believe Joe Torre is probably tired of hearing some reporter asking "Why did you guys lose tonight?" |
