Well I am glad then that i have been busy talking about traffic because your the 3rd person to tell me Gumbel does not have a clue. I have the game on in the studio here but i have the sound down

Mike, he is putrid. When I hear his voice, I am thinking he should be covering the war in Iraq or some other hard hitting news story...NOT football. His brother Greg is 100 times better.

I didn't hear one word of it & from the sounds of it, I didn't miss much. I agree, greg gumbel is a very good broadcaster, he & phil simms made a good team a few years ago.

Bryant Gumbel has been away from the NFL for so long, why would anybody want him back?
