What tvshowsondvd.com failed to mention (or didn't know) was that the prints used for this release will be the syndicated versions of the Comedy Hours. That means the 75 minute "Lucy Takes A Cruise To Havana" will still be unavailable. But don't worry, unlike the Jess Oppenheimer releases where the missing footage was re-edited back into the episode, this release will have all missing footage available as bonus material. That's what I've been understanding from the welovelucy.com website. Very disappointing

If the DVD isn't from the original master films, then it isn't worth anything. What a shame? So, it won't have the quality look of the I Love Lucy Dvds?

I don't understand how they could do that to the final 13 episodes of "I Love Lucy". If they digitally remastered seasons 1 - 6, why couldn't they do it for these shows? That is lame.

I've been waiting so long for these but now I'm not sure. I hope the price isn't outrageous. I will probably buy them anyway and suffer with the quality. It is strange that Amazon.com doesn't have a pre-order option yet. I was able to get on other lists for items that weren't being released for months.

Full length Havana episode! Yes, yes, YES!!!!!! Finally, the complete episode available! (The edited version of the show, without the Hedda Hopper scenes, is really a different version of this episode. I don't mind if both versions are available, but I think that the complete 75 minute show should be available!)
