ok my lil bro left my brand new 60$ phone on the back of the car and my mom left and so i had to go lookin for the phone on the street...i went down my road and didnt see it(altho i found my mom's cup that she left on top of the car lol) so I got to the main road and there were a million cars and there I see my phone in tiny pieces all over the road...I recovered part of it to show my lil bro how much of a beat down he is gonna get.

I know my cell has some sort of "damage" policy on it that the phone could be replaced, but I'm not sure of the terms. You may want to see if you have the same sort of thing.
