Thank you very much for all your time and effort writing a great review. I am looking forward to all the commentaries and deleted scenes you mentioned. You said they are in production order and not broadcast order. What exactly does that mean for viewing the dvd? Does that mean, just for example, could we end up seeing Susan die and then next episode on the dvd see her alive? I agree with you on the hidden features. They are a waste for the actors to come in do all that work and many people will never see it. Tuesday seems so far away.
