Rusty Dennis mother from movie MASK has died...
Rusty Dennis Tullis, the mother of Rocky Dennis, the boy who suffered from a cranial deformity and who was portrayed by Cher in the movie MASK has died at the age of 70 in Glendora, California. She died from her injuries incurred in a motorcycle accident last month. She was driving her Harley and crashed. She was in extreme pain and according to her niece, "lost the will to live." She lost her son Rocky at the age of 15 and another son at the age of 32 to AIDS.
MASK is one of my fave movies of all time. I can see this movie over and over. It is heartwarming and Cher gave a fabulous performance for which she should have received an Oscar nomination. May Rusty finally be at peace knowing she is now with both of her sons. R.I.P. |
