Default Am I the only one on this board who likes the bedroom to be .................

ICE COLD when it's time to go to sleep so that you can warm up under the blanket and sleep very comfortable thorugh the night?

Or does sleeping in a warm bedroom not bother you at all?

The room temp has to be very low when i go to sleep, don;t really know why but that's the only way I can sleep

I don't necessarily like a cold room temperature but I love when my sheets are a bit cold. If my bed itself is really warm when I first get in, I have a hard time falling asleep.

Yep. I can't sleep unless I am using a blanket anyway so if the room is too warm I am in trouble.

I don't care abt the room temperature...but I do prefer it not to be too cold. I like my pillows and blankets to be cold though. The only time I don't is when it is very very cold to begin with.

I have to have my room silent and dark. I like the temp to be normal, not hot, but not cold either.

I like my room cold too... But not ice-cold. Maybe just enough that I'm shivering a little when I walk into my bedroom.

I like for the room to be cold and dark, I can't stand it when someone sleeps under me because I'll get hot fast. That's my I push and kick my husband away while sleeping.

Heat really should be on LOW when you go to sleep. Never understood why some people put the heat On so high when you are going to be under the covers anyway

Yes, it has to be ice cold and completely dark or else I won't sleep. Even in the winter the AC has to be turned on.

Cold and dark. I even use a fan. The one weird thing I have to do is have one foot sticking out from under the blanket. I have always done this and my husband thinks it is pretty strange....

I love it when it's freezing. I love having to layer on 2 or 3 blankets! I can't go to sleep if i am hot.
