QUESTION ABOUT BUFFY'S 2ND DEATH
when Buffy died the second time, wasn't the Council supposed to get another slayer?

The Council couldn't call upon another Slayer, because Faith was the actual Slayer when Buffy died. Even though Faith was a bitch, and all bad and stuff, she was still THE Slayer.

Plus, if they kept adding slayers every time one was killed, it would get kinda old.
