Janice is the one. The way Vivian describe them was Vy was the hardheaded one, Helen is the loudest, Vivian was the reasonable one and Janice was the flighty one. I loved those episodes with the sisters. Those episodes with them and Janet Hubert-Whitten came off better than with Daphne Maxwell Reid. The episodes with Janet and the sisters were more real and they look like they can be sisters in real life. They played off each other very well. All of them were funny in their own way. I loved the episode when Janice married the white guy and the family met him for the first time. That was funny and I was screaming the whole time because it was funny.

You're talking about Helen, who was played by Jennifer Lewis, and she was blunt and to the point. The lines she said was funny and the statements she made was things that people would think but don't have the nerve to say it. To her a spade was a spade or as my grandmother puts it, "If the kettle is black it is black and you cannot change the color to it."

Yeah her lines were GREAT-lol When Uncle Phil was trying to get back with ivan and went to Helen's house, He was outside and Helen turned to Vivian and said-"I would blast him with some pepper spray but I'm afraid he would just eat it"-LOL

That was a scream. You can tell that Helen was not crazy about Uncle Phil. Another one of my favorite lines was when Vivian was expecting and wanted Philip to wait on her during the family reunion at the house. His line was, "Maybe next time I'll get pregnant." Helen shot back at, "You have the pants for it." I scream when she said that.

The episode when she showed up at the Banks' house stating that she was leaving her husband and he showed up. Her lines was over the top and outrageous. Especially when they were having breakfast in the patio when she said, "Tell the adultress to the right to pass the bisquits." Uncle Phil passes the bisquits and Vivian's reactions was a scream. That was too bad that things did not work out between Janet Hubert-Whitten and Will Smith. She played Vivian well and was funny given that Janet never did a sitcom before.

I thought it was funny when Helen was telling Vivian (I think?) that she looks good and lost weight, and then she turned to Uncle Phill and said "you look good and you look good"-lol.

Yes she was telling Vivian that that she looks good and lost weight in all the right places (that statement was beyond me given that Janet Hubert-Whitten was thin as a rail), and she made that statement to Philip. That was funny. That was why Helen was my favorite among the sisters when they got together. She made the gatherings fun and was the life of the party. Vy was too bossy and wanted everything her way.

I remember Vy asking Geoffery which one would he go out with Her or Helen and Geoffery said-"It's a Tie you both Lose"-LOL

Helen sure was funny. It's really a shame, that we didn't get to see her more than what we did. And yes, Vi (Will's mother) was really bossy. Janice, the youngest one, who married a white guy, appearantly went abroad. What was that all about?

The sisters are Vivian, Janice, Helen, and Vi. Vi is Will's mother. Janice is the one who is married to the white dude. I think I like Helen the best. Her and her husband Lester were so funny. I like them all though.
