here's a riddle for you guys...

There's a guy who lives on the 30th story of a very tall building. every morning he gets up, goes into the elevator, goes down to the first floor, and goes the work. Every day, after work, he walks back to his apartment building, and walks 30 flights of stairs up to his room. Why doesn't he just take the elevator?
