3rd Annual 70s Sitcom Poll - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

This poll consists of shows with the most active boards (based on the total number of posts) on the 70s sitcoms forum that haven't had a season set dvd release. When we did the '05 edition of this poll, these were the 10 choices:

Chico & The Man
Courtship of Eddie's Father
Here's Lucy
The Love Boat
Maude
The Odd Couple
One Day At A Time
WKRP In Cincinnati
Welcome Back Kotter

WKRP was the top vote getter, but only The Odd Couple has announced a full season set since then, with Alice, Chico and Kotter getting single disc best-of releases. For the new poll, The Odd Couple has been replaced by another odd couple: The Ropers. Vote for the one show you want most on a season set dvd release.

WKRP in Cincinnati is definitely my choice.

But I also want to see Welcome Back Kotter, The Love Boat, Alice, and Chico and the Man.

I voted "Chico and the Man." I'd love to have the entire series on DVD, even the lackluster, Chico-less final season. That's how much I love this show.

The only show I would NOT buy from this list is "The Love Boat."

If Welcome Back Kotter wasn't on In2tv, American Life, and the Television Favorites dvd, that would get my vote. But it's been sooooo long since I've seen One Day At A Time, I'm dying for it to come out on dvd. So that's what got my vote. It's my #1 most wanted show on dvd.

I want The Ropers on dvd so bad. I also would love to see more of Here's Lucy on dvd too.
