Last Episode? (LRW) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I guess Lifetime Real Women is not airing the last episode tomorrow? The last show is "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow."

The last episode they will air is "Councilman DeFazio" - they start up with "The Society Party" on Saturday I think (unless the TV Listings are wrong).

I do have "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" on tape from TBS (years ago) somewhere. Wonder why they skip this episode.

I know, I wish they'd show that ep again. I think a lot of it has to do with copyrighted songs featured in the ep. There are a few eps that i haven't seen in syndication, "The Pact", "Citizen Crane", "Haunted House", and "Dating Slump" (which is on the Season 1 DVD, but not currently shown in syndication). I'd really like to see these episodes since it's probably been nearly 20 years since they were out.

You are right "shotzette!" That is strange. I just saw "Dating Slump" for the first time a few weeks ago (I rented the DVD). I see they are also skipping "A Nun's Story." I have that one on tape but I don't know why they are skipping these. I know about the music rights but still. It would be nice to see some of the others seasons on DVD. I kinda made my own (just a few episodes on DVD.) I guess LRW is changing the time - 8pm?!? Below are the upcoming Season One Episodes:

Argh! You're right, they also don't show "A Nun's Story". Good eye, I missed that one. I really wish they'd show the missing eps, I'm dying to see if they're as I remembered them from the first run.

when we did our set on 25 discs, we had to find people with 20 year old tapes to get the last missing ep which was citizen crane

its crazy!

Hi. Sorry, it's a DirecTV channel (part of Lifetime), it might be on some cable systems. It stands for Lifetime Real Women. Laverne & Shirley currently airs on LRW every day.
