Bad "Trade"-by Solomon

Solomon wanted me to transfer an old tape OF MINE to DVD for him and when I told him I didn't have time, offered to pay me $50 for it. I said no, when I have time I'll transfer it. He again offered to pay and I told him I wanted to keep the original tape but "when I had time" I would transfer. Well, many times I made posts on this board, he'd follow me around and post "where is my tape, lol"-first of all I didn't owe him anything and I told him it wasn't tracking properly so I couldn't get a good transfer.

Fast forward to a couple of months later, still posting on threads that had nothing to do with him "where is my tape?" Even Lamont mentioned something about that post when he posted under one of Lamont's threads. Anyway, so I told him that I'd send the tape if he would transfer it to DVD for me and send the DVDs back. He agreed, I sent the tape. Well, after he gets the tape he tells me there was a "misunderstanding" that he cannot make DVDs. There was NO misunderstanding, I have the email where he agreed to do it! Anyway, then he tells me he'll send the tape back the next day and include cash (I'm assuming to reimburse for my shipping costs to send him the tape)... Well, he received it on Oct 5, and here it is Oct 25 and I received it back today, no cash included. Once again, didn't do what he said but once again, there must have been a misunderstanding. Never again!

This was so unnecessary Stephanie. It wasn't a Trade, it was a lent out that was a mix up in communication. You are are all over the place.

I didn't say you are a scammer but you scammed me and yes, it was set up
as a trade-I sent you the video, you were to send me back DVDs...that IS a trade but you didn't keep your side of the deal so I was scammed...

If anyone wants to see the emails, just contact me.....there was no
misunderstanding. I'm not going to feud with you on here Solomon. I have the right to post when I am scammed and that's what I did. You know what you did.

there are some very talented people on this board who can transfer vids for you at a nomial cost

just to have some coin or some more blanks for their habit

if you have a happening like this again, thats an easy solution

and no i didnt say i would do it !!

i know u cannot post emails on the site, against the rules
BUT Perhaps if u have email proof of this stuff-- about the PROMISES made in emails that were false, and about the cash refund not being sent--- can u forward them to a moderator or administrator so that they can verify the situation and give back up as to any facts?

u have both been around here a long time, and are both long time members without any complaints that I am aware of, so maybe an OBJECTIVE THIRD PARTY could be able to post the FACTS and let us all know what is up? That way its not just HE SAID/SHE SAID, but a FAIR MODERATOR can tell us what the real deal is?

I'm done with the situation, I emailed you saying I would mail the money because it slipped my mind but you come here and do this? You got your Tape back and that's the end. I made a mistake which I stated in the email so since you want to act childish don't contact me anymore.

You forgot the "thank you for entrusting me with this tape that I wanted VERY BADLY & kept hounding you for - I really appreciate it & I'm really sorry about the mix up" part.

I have read the emails that were forwarded to me from april4972, i checked the IP info and YES they are from tvresearcher---
i can say this

1. tvresearcher DID in fact make that arrangement
and
2. tvresearcher CLEARLY Stated that he would EXPRESS MAIL the tape back (express mail is 1 day/overnight) with cash to cover the costs

so if april4972 JUST GOT THE tape back, then clearly he DID NOT express mail it as stated and did not include a refund either

i cannot comment further then just confirming what the emails from him clearly state, if others want to see for themselves, they can email april4972

BUT i will say this, i would recommend bringing the problem to the attention of Savageamusement the moderator or perhaps TJ himself to get some kind of resolution out of it

a real mess, but yes, april4972's emails from tvresearcher DO indeed back up her side of the story 100%

I wanted to get the Tape back to her fast so it wouldn't get lost. I was so focused on getting her the tape back without any problems that I didn't include the money which probably is something I can't do until November. So that's the story, and I admitted my mistake, i appreciated her lending me the tape and she will get what I said in the email. It was very DUMB to bring it to the Board instead of settlling this like adults. I don't have time for this.
