hey i was watching the Cattanooga Cats (1969) today on boomerange does anybody no what group sung most of the singing vocals on the cartoon, ans casey kasem is the man when it comes to doing cartoon characters i wonder what came first n his carrer the radio dj or cartoon voices

Don't know about the vocals but Mike Burb did those songs..

Radio Dj definitely before cartoon voices, and ALSO BEFORE the top 40 program of his.He was born in 1931, so he was a yougner generation old time-radio actor in the 1940s-50s.

I remember seeing the show as part of the Banana Splits show.

No, Cattanooga Cats did not air as part of The Banana Splits Adventure Hour, which was in its second season on a different network (NBC) at the time.
