Post Buffy: The Musical--Anyone interested?

Hmm..I'm starting to wonder if I am the only one excited about this. I'm starting to wonder if I'm only 1 out of 8 who like Buffy in this world. Just wondering....does anyone watch BtVS?

I watch it occasionally but it takes me a while to really get into a show and I haven't really watched 'Buffy' enough to decide if I actually like it or not.
I've never heard anything about a Buffy musical though. What's the deal with that?

Actually, yeah - I have heard about that! I was reading an interveiw in SFX magazine with the girl who plays Willow and she mentioned it. That series of 'Buffy' hasn't started over here yet - we're still on season 5 at the moment.

**In the year 2005, Lauren and I are driving to California to beg and pleed Lisa Whelchel and Nancy McKeon to become our mothers. She will become "Lauren McKeon" and I will become "Karli-wait a minute. I can't become 'Karli Cauble' AGAIN, can I???" Oh well, Just remember us as the "Cauble/McKeon kids!!"**

*Look at me, You may think you see who I really am, but you'll never know me. Every day it's as if I play a part. Now I see if I wear a mask, I can fool the world, but I cannot fool my heart. Who is that girl I see, staring straight back at me? When will my reflection show who I am inside? I am now in a world where I have to hide my heart, and what I believe in. But somehow, I will show the world what's inside my heart, and be loved for who I am.

Haha...I'm kinda curious on how she sounds. Oh...and just for those who care about this, this episode will air 8 minutes long (68 mins), and it will be the only time it will air in its entirty (spelling? I don't care). So, I'd suggest (if, like I said, you care about BtVS) that you tape it. This episode is supposed to be a big turning point in the season...Giles leaves for England (for good..so I'm told), and thers supposed to be something big happening in that last 8 mins...we'll see.......

Oh God...I need a life! I'm wayyy to wraped up in TV..I check tv.zap2it.com constantly (about 2 times an hour... :-/ ) My life: School, swimming, TV, food, sleep, repeat.

Here's what Alyson said when SFX asked her if she was looking forward to doing the musical episode -

"Absolutely not!! (laughs nervously) That's just not something I'm looking forward to at all. There should be laws against my voice. Seriously, I'm hoping for a really stong case of laryngitis that week."

Guess we've been warned!

Giles isn't disappearing completely - he's getting his own spin-off show. I'm not totally sure what it's gonna be called but it's set in London. I definately won't watch it though cos I don't like Giles.
