Default The most 80s family in sitcom history

We grew up with them. We watched them. We wish we had a house like them. Both created teen idol sensation hits in the 80s as well. Personal problems, religion issues, drug problems, sex, etc. are all covered in these three popular 80s sitcoms like Family Ties, Valarie/The Hogan Family, and Growing Pains.

To me, when I think 1980s family, I think of the Keatons. They are SO 80s. And that's not a good thing for me, because I hate the 80s. I think the Seavers started off totally 80s, but thankfully they didn't end up that way in my head.

The Seavers are leading by four. Funny thing about the Hogans. Back in '87-88, I use to wear sweaters like the Hogan brothers worn during my kindergarten years... True story, people. It was either the small diamond shaped sweaters or unusually large one diamond sweaters. Remember those? Those were the days. True story, too. Though my classmates did thought I was some actor from the series itself because the sweaters I worn were almost identical.
