....as themselves on GT. Because, let's face it, what famous actor/actress/singer would set foot in that neighborhood, especially the apartment?

The only way that would've happened is if they were at a concert or at a function or something. I thought about that other night and cracked up. Sanford and Son had Della Reese, Lena Horne, Jefferesons had Billy Dee Williams, Sammy Davis, Jr.

And Fred and Lamont lived in a similar neighborhood but just in a different city and they have guests stars-lol

good reasoning Nerrad. I mean, seriously, it would look ridiculous to have a celeb appear as themselves. The only way it would have worked and succeeded, would have been if a celeb was doing a charity or function of some sort in the projects.

Well Keith played football so they couldve had one of the real Chicago Bears like Walter Payton or Vince Evans could've came by to see how he was doing.

A celebrity couldv've came by the boutique or car wash were James was working.

The only other thing they could've done was to get a celebrity that was really from the Chicago projects to appear.

Yeah but he was drafted by the Bears so he had to have met the Coaches and players even though he never signed a contract.
