Yep. Cheech and Chong walked into the welfare office, Cheech walked up to the desk behind "Keith" and it was here Keith demanded his welfare check, and giving a dirty look to Cheech.

It was a episode where Laverne accidentally robs a bank with his gang. This was when they were in California.

I hated the Cali episodes but I actually enjoyed this particular episode.

I hated the Calif episodes too. I think that's why I don't remember that he was in it.
