Sanford and Son Marathon this Weekend???????? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

WHY???????? TV LAnd should Should show Grady from 3am to 6am and sanford arms from 3am to 6am on Sunday like they did with the Ropers and Three's A Crowd for the Parent Show caled Three's Company. Do something different for this marathon especially since the series is COMPLETE on DVD

I heard that brother! I checked the channel this morning and seen the schedule. MY GOD, WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THIS?????? C'mon, first A Different World gets pushed aside for more Fresh Crap of Bel-Air, then According to Jim hasn't been showing in it's scheduled time slot in syndication, now this pathetic marathon (rerun really) of this??? I agree, why not throw in those other shows in the mix? STUPID!!!!!!!

I haven't seen it in a few months so it is kind of nice, but still not the worst marathon they could have done

It comes on the afternoon right? I know it's no longer on at Night except for Wenesdays night for the Marathon

But it's been on for so long on TVLand, it has worn out it's welcome. Just like What's Happening and Fresh Prince on N&N.

TVLand didn't even give 227 a chance, that's a show that should have a marathon and some decent airtime.

I was watching a few episodes of the marathon, yeah it wore out it's welcome, but let's give it it's due this weekend. The ratings must be good. Anyway, I was watching the "The Light Housekeeper" episode, that had me rolling. I wish Aunt Ethel (Beah Richards) was on this show more. Her and Fred had a great interaction.
