Default Cindy in the attic

Can you imagine how depressing the show would have become if they had gone on through all the seasons until Cindy got the attic all to herself? Not to mention two empty bedrooms with joining bathroom on the second floor.

Yeah it would have been kind of depressing considering that it would be hard to build a show only around Mike, Carol, Alice and a grown-up Cindy.

LOL

You guys crack me up!

Clearly, you are referring to the episode in which Cindy calculates the date, far in the future, when she'll get the attic!

Yes, it would be depressing.

Unless, of course, Cindy gets involved with the "wrong crowd," and ends up doing voiceover work for a porn video!

Heh heh heh...

Why bother with the attic when you have the whole damn house to yourself after your brothers and sisters are long gone?

Even if I was the last kid I would still want my turn in the attic. I mean, it had a wash basin!

Perhaps Cousin Oliver would have pushed Cindy out the window in order to get the attic sooner. We'll never know.

Greg got the attic in the last season 4 episode. And, Oliver would not have gotten the attic, because he would already be back living with his parents.

Provided Oliver's parents still wanted to pick the little twerp up when they returned from overseas. If I were them, I'd leave the kid at the Bradys!

After all, they thought so little of him that they didn't even accompany him to the door when they dropped him off...what kind of parents WERE THEY?

His folks probably weren't there, Mike probably went to the airport. Oliver is not a twerp, he is a good kid. He is not the reason the show went downhill, it was Sanford & Son that clobbered them.

Cindy wouldn't have really needed the attic. After Jan left she could have the girls room to herself which she had grown up in her whole life.

That's what I said above. It was stupid to want a SMALLER room when you could have a bigger room and a bathroom right there next to you rather than walk downstairs to the bathroom.
