I NEVER TRADED LAMONT IN THE PAST .... HOWEVER, I WAS AWARE THAT HE HAD EARLIER ISSUES WITH A FEW ,.. THAT HE WORKED HARD TO MAKE RIGHT.

HE UNDER-RATED HIS SHOWS AS TO NOT OFFEND ANY WITH HIS RATING FROM NOW ON .. GOOD IDEA ,.. NOT SURE I AGREE ,.. CAUSE EVERYONE EYE IS ABOUT .5 OFF NOT A WHOLE POINT . ..LOL

HE SHIPPED WELL , PACKED WELL , STOOD BY HIS WORD AND AWESOME COMMUNICATING ,.. NOT TOO MUCH, AND NOT TOO LITTLE

...

ALL IN ALL ... I WOULD SAY HE HAS THE COLLECTION , NOW HE HAS THE TRADING ASPECT DOWN ... I ACTUALLY ENJOYED TRADING WITH HIM .

SO IN CLOSING ... I WOULD RATE HIM A GOOD TRADER ... AND HE KNOWS A GOOD TRADER STATUS .. IS NOT EASY MAINTAINED ... SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LAMONT!!!

Rating quality is always hard because there is no Standard that everyone agrees on... One person might call a dvd a 7 of 10, someone else might call it an 8... it all depends on what quality they are used to and how much the wanted to see the show....

so in order not to offend/ disappoint/ tick off people, I try to err on the side of caution. I am still somewhat new in trading (compared to some who have been at it for 10 or 20 years) so I am having to learn some new stuff every day!!

I had a couple of larger trades with Lamont, too, recently. He provided a few sets I couldn't seem to find elsewhere. I didn't have a problem disc among the bunch, and he had great communication.

I have also had several good trades with Lamont. I have already traded with him 3 or 4 times and some as large as 40 discs. We already have more planned.

Everyone makes mistakes. It is whether we learn by them or not. Lamont has definately learned by his and I would recommend trading with him!

I HAVE TRADED WITH LAMONT ALOT AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN FACT I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE DO SOME VHS FOR ME ON DVD AND HE DID VERY COOL GUY VERY HONEST AND VERY FAST EMAIL RESPONDS A EXCELLENT TRADED A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

In my advanced years I know of only one Lamont. He was a creation of Walter Gibson,who wrote 325 novels of him, was on radio for over 20 years, who while in the Orient learned the mystic power to cloud men's minds so they could not see him, and the only one who knew his secret identity was his constant companion, the lovely Margo Lane. His catch line at the end of each show was "the weed of crime bears bitter fruit, crime does not pay, the shadow knows and then give his famous laugh. That was Lamont Cranston in his duel role as the shadow. I now know two Lamont's. This one is better. Made a trade on monday for 19 disks, said I would ship on wednesday he said okay. Next thing I knew was I received a email tuesday with a tracking number that he mailed. They came today, looked at a few dvds and they appear to be superb quality. His went out wednesday morning and I hope he is satisfied. Lamont is all what's good about trading. I read some negative comments previously about Lamont but I think these folks were drinking to much prune juice.
