What I find sillier is when it's windy and ice cold chilly and/or snowing lightly with the younger guys who think they're "cool" by wearing short sleeve T-shirts and shorts. Everyone else is wearing a jacket to warm up, and these young guys think it's not cool to wear a jacket or something? That's sillier to me.

lol no it's not. But, if it's acid rain... yes, that's a different story. Plain, ordinary rainwater isn't dirty.

It's the fact that it makes puddles and helps form mud that gives it the dirty aspect of a rainy day.

And regarding said females with flip-flops... Oh boy. We have people like that up here too, even when it's 40 degrees outside. Their line of thinking is, "As long as there's no snow on the ground, I'm just going to keep on wearing my flip-flops." I wish they would think about their health. It's not good to have exposed skin like that.... Hello head cold.

I wear flip flops till it snows.

And in the rain, I'd rather have my feet get wet for a little bit then walk around with wet shoes all day.

I don't see the difference between wearing filp flops in the rain or going bare foot. Your feet get soaked either way.

I don't know why. When I see that it is raining, I put on sneakers, shoes or boots. I don't like walking or standing around with wet feet.

Flip-flops in the rain? I bet they'll be sneezing and coughing later.
