Does anyone know how to change the name displayed when you send someone an e-mail? I have a yahoo account if there's any difference. I don't want it to say Ashlee Blahness anymore cause I have to send essays to teachers and stuff like that >_>

i dont know anything about yahoo, but there should be some kind of "account settings" link somewhere where you can change it.

1. Once you're in your Inbox, there should be a button on the upper right hand corner that allows you to enter your settings. I don't know what the English word would be, but in this example below, it'll be "Alternativ" (see image): ![]() 2. On the right-hand column, you should be able to select the first option listed. It should say something, like, "Email Addresses:" ![]() 3. Click on the "Edit" button to edit your name and other relevant info as shown below: ![]() 4. Then, you should be able to customize your name and other info. Violà! Hope that helped. Sorry it was in Swedish, but I provided screenshots to give you an idea. Good luck!

Okay, plain English using the American version.
:1. Log in. 2. See these tabs at the top of the page after you sign in? They look like this: Mail | Addresses | Calendar | Notepad Click on the little arrow on the Mail tab, and click on Options. 3. Click on General Preferences. 4. Ta-da! You can change your displayed name there. That option is at the top of the General Preferences page. That's another way you can do it, yeah... |
