I got Season 2 on DVD from AMAZON Canada - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Yep folks I got the Season 2 of Gimme A Break on DVD from Amazon Canada. I got mad when I heard it was delayed and I tried to cancel it but amazon canada said it was shipped and on the way. Order it off Amazon Canada.

You can tell the episodes are old, some of the sound is okay but it gets better

How is the overall quality? You mentioned it looks old. Is it as good as Season One? Are you singing "I've got a golden ticket!" LOL!!!

There you go.. as I've been saying all along, Amazon DID have copies of the product, and have been sending them out.

I will wait for mine to arrive.

I'm curious...everyone who got an email from amazon.ca saying it shipped, are you in the US? I wonder if it's only shipping to the US. That may be why it shipped early. I knew they had the product all along and probably are disregarding VEI's request for them not to ship. I mean really, look at it this way...it was listed as amazon.ca top sellers. They had the product ready to go and then at the last minute were told it's been delayed? I don't think they'd be happy about it. Or maybe it was a miscommunication afterall. Who knows.
Now, the real question for anyone who actully received the set already. Are there any syndicated episodes or a music replacement dislcaimer or anything? I don't know when I'll be getting my set but hopefully sometime this week.

I think brotharollins might be in Canada, because they got the DVD rather quickly.

The rest of us.. as far as I know, are all from the United States.

well I order'd mine yesterday.. in hope of receiving it if amazon is still sending out the postponed copies. I will keep you all updated..cuz I am in TORONTO and should be receiving it shortly.. just praying it goes thru.. cuz im sure it will be a collectors item. Do u think i will get it? Nothings shipped yet.

It should still be available new. I'm pretty sure that's what the "usually ships in 3 to 5 days means". I'd order it right away if I were you cuase who knows what the deal really is with the delay. If there really is a delay amazon.ca might stop taking orders any time.

Could you see what the run time for the episodes are? Let's hope that these are the uncut episodes.
I should be getting my S2 set soon as well,since the tracking website said that it left Canada yesterday.
I wonder why VEI delayed it,but Amazon.ca was still able to have the DVDs in stock?
