I know this is going to sound strange, but I was wondering if any of you bakers have any creative baking/snacking suggestions over butterscotch/white chocolate chip morsels and marshmallows?
I don't have any cake batter or cake mix, and I don't really want to buy some to bake a cake. I bought these chip morsels to add to some cookie dough, but I have a TON left over. I was reading the packages of the chip morsels, and it says I can melt them. Soooo...that gave me an idea. Can I really melt them and mix them with the tiny marshmallows I have? If so, do I have to eat it right away, or will the chips get hard for later? What else can I make with them that don't include baking a cake/dessert? Ideas, please....? |

I wish I could help you! I make a FANTASTIC cake that everyone here loves! So rich and thick. If you'd like sometime, I can tell you how to make it juuuust right, but you need to bake...lol.
It's not hard, otherwise I wouldn't be doing it haha.

I was just curious as to what frequent bakers have as suggestions to make a quick snack by mixing the morsel chips together with marshmallows. I want to melt them together and eat them as a snack, but that sounds too sweet. So, any suggestions? |

That's a good idea
Also, if you're weird like me, you can sprinkle them on pancakes in the morning (or ice cream if you have it). The white chocolate chips would probably be better for that instead of the marshmallows, but who knows... ![]() Quote:

Well, I took Kristel's advice on the pancakes. My mom gave me some of the Aunt Jemima mix, and I am making some pancakes at the moment and mixing the butterscotch morself in. I just had a sample off of one that's done. Mmmmm... damn tasty! The last one is nearly done, so I will devour them with a cold glass of milk! Yum!!
Thanks again for the recommend!!
