Season Premiere "Surprise" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

What did you think of the season premiere? I for one was not laughing when Logan used a cheap shot after boxing with Michael to knock him out. It didn't have a fun slapstick feel to it, but rather an unpleasantly violent feel as if it were a proper way to react in that situation.

What could have saved the humor in that case would be if Michael came to eager to get even with Logan, waiting for him in their dorm, but mistakenly kayoed Zoey when she came in looking for Chase. That would have been a funny way to preserve the frustration of the two continuing not to express their feelings for one another, eliminated humor-killing sympathy for Michael and preserved the specific traits of all the characters.

Also, I guess the rumors about the battle with Alexa Nicolas (Nicole) were for real. Why else would they have had so much fun with creating an embarrassing reason for her character's leaving.

I loved the season premiere. Season three is gonna be my 2nd favorite season!! Season 1 will always be the best but season 3 definetely comes second. I can't wait till this weeks episode! It feels like "Surprise" was a two part episode.

They seem to be seperating episodes quite a bit like they did with season 2!
