Cal Ripken Jr.
Did anybody watch the Red Sox vs. Orioles tonight? Although Cal went 0 for 3, the Orioles put together a TERRIFIC ceremony for him. I was on the verge of tears-it was amazing to watch. One of the classiest guys in the game has retired...I wish the Red Sox would have given him one last at bat...
You'll be missed, Cal ks The Padres ceremony for Gywnn won't be able to touch tonight's, but I hope they award Gwynn properly as well. |
