Seeing that the cowbell is becoming one of the most important instruments in all of pop music, it's time to NAME A COWBELL SONG!!!

Here are a few:

Rush--A Passage to Bangkok
Motley Crue--Livewire
Black Sabbath--Megalomania
Black Sabbath--The Wizard
Rush's live version of Working Man from "All the World's a Stage" uses cowbell in the drum solo, as well as YYZ from "Exit: Stage Left" and The Rhythm Method from "A Show of Hands".

Hugh Masekala uses a cowbell in his instrumental for Grazin in the Grass.

The Partridge Family used it in in some of their songs. Remember Tracy Partridge was the cowbell/tamborine master.

Also, I'm not sure, but in the '60s psychedelic rock song,"Incense and Pepperment" by the Strawberry Alarm Clock, I think there's a bit of cowbell toward the end of the instrumental portion of the song. Am I right? or am I part of the psychedelic '60s' and 'on something'.
(jk/not on anything really, just wondering if I heard it in that song)

The funny thing is, I never noticed the cowbell in "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" until the SNL sketch. Now, every time I hear the song, the cowbell comes screaming at me and I get a bit chuckle thinking of Will Ferrell, belly hanging out, banging the damn thing.

I went to a Foo Fighters/Weezer concert last year. The Kaiser Cheifs were the opening act, and during one song they used a cowbell. I don't remember which song it was, but there was a big cheer when the cowbell was brought out.
