Default Corey/Topanga's Wedding Episode...SO BAD!

Guys,

What was the actual name of this episode? I remember watching it and being so disapointed with the quality of the writing and the acting. Why did Shawn suddenly act like he was gay and get all emotional over Corey's wedding when he should have been happy? The guys stripping down to their underwear before the wedding rehersal because Shawn forgets to pick up the tuxedo's? But than, you had the stupid fight during the ceremony. I don't know what the writers were going for with this episode, but they BOMBED miserably. Doesn't Eric forget something about the reception and they have to have it in a different place? This episide was SUCH a let down. Rider's acting in particular seems so forced and unnatural. Than in the end when he apoligizes for acting the way he had, the damage (by the writers) has already been done.

It's disappointing for the fans because I think they expected a lot better quality writing than what was presented in this episode.

I always liked the episode, I just hated the whole Eric/Those other parents storyline.

I believe it's called "It's About Time"

I was a little disappointed with the way Shawn acted as well. But he and Cory have always been really sensitive especially with each other. I guess most people just don't expect guys of their age to act that way around each other. *shrug*

I don't remember the episode that well either, but I remember being a little disappointed with it as well. I think I laughed at a few parts, though...probably the Eric bit. I thought it was hilarious when the police busted down the hotel room door and carried Cory and Topanga out on the bed.

Either way I think it's cute they got married.

I liked it for what it was. Sure it could of been 10 times better. But whats funnier than your best friend fighting you on your wedding day because he is jealous of you getting married to someone else....

My thoughts (kind of adding onto the original poster)....

The whole show centered around Topanga and Cory and they spent so much time getting them together, splitting them up and back together so why bomb on the episode everyone waited for for a long time?

Problem 1:
This wasnt even their wedding. It was the Peterman's and if the minister kept saying do you ___ (forgot the names) take ___ would it be a legal marriage since they weren't using Cory and Topanga's names but the Peterman's names?

Problem 2:
Shawn spent countless hours trying to get these two together/back together so why does he all of a sudden go ape and say I don't want to go to the wedding?
