Please no more than 3 new topics per person/board/day

There is no way for me to enforce this rule, but please follow it. There are plenty of topics to discuss, they don't need to be brought up all in one day - save some for a rainy day please.

Can I ask a question - how many people go to the 2nd, 3rd, or beyond pages to read old topics and reply to them?

When there is so many new topics being posted daily everything gets pushed back, and I'm sure there are alot of good topics that some people don't even get a chance to read.

TJ, I think that the only board that needs rules is the FOL board. The posts flow into that board incontrollably and that's where most of the fights take place. I made a suggestion that everyone slow down there, but all that happened is that I got attacked.

I was making a blanket statement that applied to everybody, I did not single anyone out. Wren, you were warmly welcomed here. You did nothing wrong, I hope you will stay.

There has to be certain guidelines or there would be total chaos here. I did not intend to scare anyone off from posting here, my apologies if anybody thought I singling them out.

I think he just wants to give people more chance on getting to read and respond to more topics. Cause if let's say I posted 30 topics up today, that would push a whole bunch of other good ones back and they would never get read, and then someone else might think of some of the same topics I had posted and we'd have pages of the same topics cause no one saw the original ones...did that make sense? Sorry if it didn't, but TJ won't have any trouble with you or me, Max, right? Right.

I...think that makes sense... I don't always have ideas for topics anyway so if thats all that is the problem I only post when I get ideas. If you want me to post only three of those at a time then I will be more than happy to do so.

Nah, I don't think that's true, there have been arguments on other boards too and I wouldn't use the term, Incontrollably. It's just more popular, that's all. (I hope I don't get kicked for this)

Each board has rules, so how can you say
that only FOL board needs rules. Yes, the
FOL board has alot of messages, what's
wrong about that? Yes, there have been
fights on the FOL board. There have been
other fights on other boards. These past
few days now, I haven't noticed one person leaving alot of posts on the FOL
board. I think that the FOL board is the
most popular board. There's nothing wrong
with being the most popular board and
there's nothing wrong with too many messages, unless it's by one person. I
hope no one yells at me for comments.
