She was like-"He wouldn't just throw us out would he? and when the Guy said-NO, she was like THANK GOD. She had to know she wouldn't be liing on the Street if he wasn't going to renew the lease-lol Her and george would have just been in a HOTEL until they found an other place. Did she forget her Husband owned 7 cleaning stores???

I think it was because she'd grown to like the building and had friends there.

But she was acting like they were going to be on the street-lol She never said anything about not being able to see Helen anymore

Louise didn't have to state her reasons. She obviously enjoyed living there for a lot of reasons. Home Sweet Home, and all that.
