Yesterday (Sep 8) he was a guest on the Today Show, and stated he wasn't leaving Scrubs, and that there were so many rumors going around.

I heard a rumor that he was gonna be the next James Bond.

...or maybe it was that he was really the Weekly World News' "Bat Boy".

either way, he doesn't look nearly as good falling-down drunk in a bikini as Paris Hilton does anyways, so she has NOTHING to fear from him.
