Notice that when Louise "forbade" him from flying, George got all upset...he told her because she told him "I forbade you from flying" he was going to do it to get back at her.

This was the same reason Louise gave for going to the strip club Bumpers...she was upset because George forbade her from going.

But she really didn't want to go to Bumpers, she let Helen and Jenny get her all hyped up-lol BTW, this was the worst ep of season 4

I realize she didn't want to go to Bumpers and that George DID want to fly, my point is that eventually each one ended up doing something because they were both "forbidden" to go...

This flying episode is bad. It was so bad, it's forgettable.

I rather see the pilot ep for the spinoff-"Oliva Jefferson" than that airplane episode-lol

I haven't seen Jeffersons in syndication in abt ten years.

I am surprised that the biggest Jeffersons fan doesn't know that there WAS NO TAG SCENE in the Barbara McNair gun episode...

Because most Tag scenes are not shown in syndication. I remember that Hawaii ep as a chikd because of the overturned boat but i can't remember the other ones

And it's not like Mother Jeffersons first name was used in every episode. I remember a lot of things from sitcoms back in the days, but if I had heard her name mentioned more than in one episode, I probably would have known that.

Still, you claim to be the biggest Jeffersons fan. You should know that when another jeffersons fan tells you they seen something or remember something a certain way, you shouldn't doubt them.
