Default The Hawaii Episodes

What did you think of the episodes when George, Louise and Florence went to Hawaii and ran into the Willis' there??? I thought the whole thing was lame and boring. It was the beginning of the show going downhill and George mellowing out. The whole thing with him and Tom being stranded while sailing was lame and made poor comedy.

I really like the Hawaii episodes. There were some boring parts, but overall I liked it.

I thought the first part was great, but it did drag especially in the 3rd and 4th part.

Something I noticed on part 3- the boat that George and Tom were on capsized, and they showed it floating in the "middle of the sea" as if there was trouble. However, in the foreground, you can see the sand through the crystal-clear water. That boat was just a few feet out from the shore.

Yeah, it was pretty obvious they were not out in the middle of the ocean...or else they would have had a full camera shot of the background. The ocean waves were barely moving as well, which means it was real close to shore.

Awwww, how cute. A child would think that when you consider the boat was turned over and you didn't see them.

What did your mom tell you? I know she said NO, but did she explain? Oh wait, she couldn't have, because it ended right there and you had to wait. So what did she tell you in the meantime?

I haven't seen that episode in years, and I missed it on the TVLand marathon. What did happen to George and Tom?

Yeah, that was lame, as was the 2-parter where Louise was the millionth customer to George's competition.
