Default Florence should have never been interviewed to be the Jeffersons Maid because her

Interview was scheduled for 10am and she shows up at the Jeffersons Apt at 10am-lol You are supposed to arrive at a job interview 15 min before the scheduled time not at the time the interview is scheduled. And Florence even says something more STUPID when she comes through the door when she said-"I"m Right on Time, 10 o clock on the dot"

lol-she was LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And where is she supposed to wait for those fifteen minutes if she arrived early? She went to a home, not an office.

If she arrived at 9:45am, they could have offered her some coffee before they started the Interview. So Louise was right when she said Florence was late when it was 9:55am and she hadn't showed up yet-lol

While I agree that it is proper to be at least 15 minutes early to an interview, Florence still did show up on time.

Unless they specify that you be there at least 15 minutes early, you are not late.

The only time you should be early is if there are numerous people being asked to show up at a specific time.

As for me, I have always been ten minutes early. Only because I didn't want to be late, so I left the house very early so I could arrive on time.

She could wait someplace down in the lobby or maybe the bar.
